👋 Meet Desmond
Desmond Kok draws — literally. Even as founder, he still pencils every project himself.
Homes with heart:
- 🏡 A calm house on Boscombe
- ☀️ A bright home on Mayfield
- 🏆 A CNA-featured family house at Bright Hill
Beyond Singapore:
- 🏫 Schools in Vietnam
- 🎮 An esports hub in Yangon
- 🌿 A green-certified tower in Ho Chi Minh City
He owns every project — from sketch to finish. Architecture, interiors, landscape.
No handoffs. No shortcuts.
Quietly passionate. Hands-on. Built for real people.
