The $449 promotional package includes 1.5 Normal Index Multicoated Kodak Easy Progressive Lenses (4-star rating), with prescription limits of up to -4.00 for nearsightedness and up to -2.00 for astigmatism. If a customer’s prescription exceeds these limits, additional fees apply for upgraded lens options. A $100 eye exam fee applies if the customer chooses not to proceed with purchasing glasses or if a medical condition prevents glasses from being prescribed. Customers may return within three months to resolve pending issues, and to reinstate the $449 offer, an additional $349 payment is required. Offers, discounts, and promotions are non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser, and YEG reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Lifetime Warranty Policy
The Lifetime Warranty provides customers protection against accidental damage or loss within the defined warranty period. The warranty is valid for 18 months from the purchase date, with one claim allowed per frame and one claim allowed per lens. No claims are accepted after 18 months from the purchase date. Frame replacements apply to accidental damage, such as dropping, stepping on, or knocking the frame, and are subject to YEG’s approval. If the same model and color are available, replacement is free of charge, but if unavailable, a frame of equal value will be provided at no cost. Customers may pay the price difference for an upgraded frame. Scratched or broken lenses are eligible for a one-time replacement within 18 months, provided they are visibly damaged. If glasses are lost, customers must submit a claim through the designated electronic form, with a minimum processing time of 14 days. The warranty does not cover prescription changes due to medical conditions such as cataracts, retinopathy, or LASIK surgery, and lens replacements apply only to the original prescription at the time of purchase. Money-Back Guarantee Policy

Refunds are issued only as store vouchers (credit notes) for lenses and/or frames, and cash refunds are not available. The guarantee is valid for four months from the original purchase date.
